Holiday Flowers In Sugar was two years in the making!
These sugar art lessons happen to be my most requested that I ever taught in my school,
“The Academy of Cake Art” in New York City from 1990-2005.
Three hours long together, both Part 1 and Part 2 include:
Poinsettia, Star of Bethlehem, Virgin Orchid, Lenten Rose (Christmas Rose) Holly, Mistletoe, tree ornaments, and holiday bow.
In part 2, I demonstrate a large sugar bow, the exquisite Virgin Orchid, holiday sugar tree ornaments and the magnificent Poinsettia.
Now that I am longer teaching hands on classes, my streaming videos like this one are
an even better way to learn this art form and practice in it.
A class is one time, but a permanently accessible video with all the many steps in their proper order
ingrains the knowledge more powerfully!
